Yoga Kynd - Yoga, Coaching and Meditation / Mentone

Influenced by yoga philosophy and my belief in the power of yoga, my teaching style is aimed at providing a balanced and mindful class which incorporates breath work and relaxation.
I focus on grounding as I open the class and the importance of the breath with movement.  My classes help to develop flexibility, strength, coordination and promote feelings of peace and wellbeing.

For me, yoga is a lifestyle and there is always more to learn, poses to practice and more steadying and peace of mind to attain.  That is what I love so much about this special practice, and I look forward to sharing this with you.  Classes are modified to suit different levels of experience, and to accommodate different physical capabilities.

Yoga Classes / Timetable


A slower paced class than Vinyasa Flow that links breath and movement through a series of postures that balance strength and flexibility.  Postures are generally held for longer and transition between the postures are gentler.  Focus is on alignment and awareness of the breath allowing you to explore your body and deepen your practice.  Suitable for all levels including beginners

Yin Yoga

Yin is a more meditative and therapeutic class. This practice focuses on softening and surrendering to gravity.  Floor postures are held for longer periods of time (2-10 minutes) in an effort to target the fascia and connective tissues allowing deeper opening of the body. Yin Yoga is great for all levels and will help you increase circulation, improve flexibility, cultivate awareness and reconnect.

Private Yoga Classes

Traditionally, yoga was taught on a one-on-one basis.  Private classes are great for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga.  Or, if you just have a very busy lifestyle and can’t fit your classes into your busy schedule, private lessons are an ideal solution.

Each session can be specifically tailored to your needs and you can work on perfecting particular asanas, deepening your overall practice or achieving complete relaxation and improved postural alignment with each session.

Maybe you would like a few personal lessons to get you started or you have a small group of friends who would like to do some guided practice together.  

Private lessons can be provided for up to 4 people in your home.  Lessons can be booked on a one-off basis, or on a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis in the comfort of your own home.

Cost vary depending on the time of day, length of the session and the number of people.

My introduction to yoga began over 10 years ago.  Initially I practiced yoga for its physical benefits.  I began a more regular yoga practice after suffering from stress and anxiety and then in 2016, an MRI showed a bulged disc in my neck.  My yoga journey not only prevented surgery but led to unravelling and letting go of tightness, emotional boundaries and so much more!

The transformation inspired me to share the gift of yoga with others. I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with the School of Sacred Arts in Ubud, Bali.  

I am excited to share with you that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a way of life.  My hope is that you will leave the mat with a sense of confidence, gratitude and peace.

About Tracy

Tracy Vitale, is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Health Coach and has been practicing yoga since 2007. 

She is passionate about bringing healing to all through yoga and meditation.

Tracy was able to manage chronic pain and anxiety through yoga.  As a result of her personal transformation, Tracy works to bring the healing aspects of yoga to anyone seeking relief.


She focuses on therapeutic Yoga, which includes gentle stretching and strengthening yoga postures. 

Tracy leads clients through practices that increase mindfulness and strength while empowering students to continue yoga in their daily lives.
